FINANCIAL STABILITY PLAN FOR PASTORS – FSPP
Building Sustainable Capital for Ministry Expansion and Life Growth
Background
Across Nigeria and Africa, pastors play critical roles as moral leaders, community builders, and social stabilisers. Yet, many operate under significant financial pressure—balancing ministry expansion, family responsibilities, and personal welfare without structured financial support systems.
This silent financial strain often leads to burnout, dependency, compromised focus, or stalled ministry growth. Despite deep spiritual preparation, many pastors lack access to financial planning education, cooperative capital structures, and sustainable stewardship models aligned with faith and integrity.
