FLED is Amazing!

Leadership development and community service is what we have done in Nigeria in the past 30 years.

Foundation for Leadership & Education Development – FLED was inaugurated on April 17, 1995 in Lagos, Nigeria as a social enterprise organization.

Since then, FLED has grown to become a leading social enterprise institution and has given birth to other organizations including Fled International Leadership Institute, Future World Magazine, and Africa Centre for Public Leadership – ACPL.

We have trained and mentored more than 50, 000 youths and mid-career professionals who are currently doing well in their careers in Nigeria and around the world.

How we plan to celebrate

We are hosting an International Anniversary Conference in Abuja on November 12, 2025. 

 

We host a Women’s Leadership Conference on November 14 & 15.

 

We also will appreciate those who have supported us over the years. 

 

We are using the anniversary to raise funds to purchase our own Property in Abuja.
