FLED is Amazing!

Leadership development and community service is what we have done in Nigeria in the past 30 years.

Foundation for Leadership & Education Development – FLED was inaugurated on April 17, 1995 in Lagos, Nigeria as a social enterprise organization. Since then, FLED has grown to become a leading social enterprise institution with other organizations emerging from it, including Fled International Leadership Institute and Africa Centre for Public Leadership – ACPL.

We have trained and mentored more than 50, 000 youths and mid-career professionals. Many of them are currently doing well in their careers and callings in Nigeria and elsewhere.

We have launched a Giving Campaign (April 17- September 17, 2025)

How we plan to celebrate

We are hosting an international Conference in Abuja between October 7-11, 2025. 

We plan to host the first Africa Transformational Public Leadership Award on October 9.

We also will appreciate those who have supported us over the years.  

The Giving Campaign will achieve two main objectives: raise funds to purchase a befitting Head Office Property in Abuja and launch Fled Scholarship Support.
